Yes, all of our tours and transfers are private and personalised to you.

Yes, we tailor entire vacation packages to meet your needs and when booking multiple transfers or tours, we are able to build a package with discounts applied. Please contact us to build your perfect package.

We know that plans sometimes change unexpectedly and we try to be as flexible as possible. 

For airport transfers

-Inbound flights - we will ask for your flight details in advance of your arrival and will monitor the flight to ensure we are waiting for you as you arrive, regardless of changes to schedule.

-Outbound flights - we will check with you 24 hours prior to your planned return transfer to ensure that we have the correct flight details and to agree the planned pick up time. Should your flight be changed within the 24 hours prior to planned departure, we will do our best to amend your transfer time to align to the revised flight schedule. 

For tours and excursions:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend any booking, however if you had booked a tour with us - depending on the attraction that you were intending to visit, we may not be able to refund or amend any pre-booked tickets. 

We will do our best to reschedule with approved attractions but cannot guarantee that they will refund or amend a booking. We will however refund or reschedule all costs associated with your transport.
